Frequently asked questions

What happens if the scope turns out to be larger during the work?
The fixed price remains fixed. Any additional scope is discussed as a separate quotation and never invoiced tacitly.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. In the Zug and Zurich area we work on site; delivery is predominantly remote.
Who owns the source code and the results?
You do. Completely, including the documentation.
How is billing handled?
Fixed-price offerings are invoiced half on commissioning and half on acceptance, retainers monthly. The payment term is thirty days.
Do you also advise on the legal conformity of AI systems?
No. Lisario Systems delivers the technical implementation. For data protection and conformity questions we recommend a specialised legal or data protection consultancy.
I have Microsoft 365 and want Copilot. Which of the two checks do I need?
The security check reviews identities, devices and access. The AI readiness check reviews the content and its permissions, because Copilot accesses it. If you need both, they are combined into one engagement.
Can I start with a support contract without having done a project first?
Yes, after a takeover review. Without that review we cannot commit to a response time.
