Situation

What we take on

  • Assessment of applications, data, interfaces, identities and operational dependencies.
  • Selection of suitable open-source alternatives and an operating model on premises or with a Swiss or EU provider.
  • Migration of email, calendars, contacts, files and permissions.
  • Parallel operation with a tested rollback strategy for critical stages.

    We test the target environment with a defined group and real data.

    Migration

    We migrate in stages, run the old and new environments in parallel for a defined period and retain a rollback path.
